[လြပ္လပ္ျခင္း] For Education: Quality is more important than...

For Education: Quality is more important than Quantity! New Burmese Government should quickly realize about serious Brain Draining that all young Burmese professionals and technicians are leaving away from Burma because of less opportunities and unsecured job positions if compare to regional and global countries like Singapore, UK, US and Australia. If the government can create good job places and fair salary rates, it is possible these young educated Burmese technicians and professionals will back to Burma under the real Democratic system (because professionals and technicians are not soldiers and government cannot command with MUST orders) and fill the required gaps like what India and China gain their brains back. New Burma labor market must be systematically reform in fair and competitive way. Human resource is one of the most difficult challenging issues that new Burma government has to deal in the near future. New Burma government must set new international standardizations to produce highly qualified young educated people and instead of building enormous quantity of universities and colleges around Burma, it should be more target oriented to the selective high qualified universities only. Please look the closest example of Singapore education system. Again, NO QUANTITY, ONLY QUALITY!
